The Ellis Method Action Planning Service - Development Phase

Week One

Our first meet up is a TEM Team Meeting to develop an understanding of the global situation and personal perspectives including the individual and their chosen team of close family, friends and community members.

Conversations are led by the facilitator with motivating questions and elements to consider. These include but aren’t limited to individual and whole team strengths, difficulties, barriers, motivators, commitment, availability and potential paths forward.

Week two

The second meet up is an individual visit with a TEM facilitator and the individual of focus to further develop a relationship that includes comfort, rapport and trust.

Conversations are mutually led between the facilitator and individual. These may include but aren’t limited to experiences, feelings, expectations, interests and beliefs.

Week Three

Our second individual visit develops a deeper understanding of the motivators and barriers to life satisfaction and vitality through the expression of experiences.

Conversations are mutually led between the facilitator and individual. These may include but aren’t limited to preferences, health, wellness and environments.

As always, each meet up is offered in the day or evening, during the week and on weekends for the highest possible participation. Our first team meeting is most often in the home of the individual of focus whereas individual visits are open to home or community settings to ensure comfort and individuality.

Together as a TEM Team we use our developments to design possibilities and opportunities for your unique path forward for an enhanced ageing experience.

The Ellis Method Action Planning Service - Development Phase

TEM Action Planning Service is a three phase process. Here’s how it all starts:

At TEM we understand conversations on our ageing experience can be emotional and complex for all involved. This is why TEM leads the development of each Action Plan with a collection of collaborative conversations. Through active listening and encouraging expression individuals, family, and friends participate in meaningful discussions. TEM believes developing plans for life satisfaction through enjoyable conversations are much more comfortable and effective. Together we turn assessments into developments to build an authentic understanding of the global situation affecting all involved.

Simply put: what TEM Development does is discuss and discover what a satisfied life would look like to you, what is motivating this lifestyle for you and what is blocking you from this lifestyle. Together we discover your unique and enhanced ageing experience.

Each meet up is offered in the day or evening, during the week and on weekends for the highest possible participation. Our first team meeting is most often in the home of the individual of focus whereas individual visits are open to home or community settings to ensure comfort and individuality. Together as a TEM Team we use our developments to design possibilities and opportunities for your unique path forward.

If you're open to sharing your situation
, TEM offers the opportunity to talk about it.
